Jim Bautista internet manager, very good emailed me promptly on all my questions. Unable to make deal but Jim was excellent.
It's ok I guess. They will 'deal' with you. But when I actually went to the dealership it seemed like everyone (exept one guy) was kind of stuck up. To good to talk to me....I guess maybe I wore the wrong jeans?
Alex Said stepped up and found the car we wanted and we bought it. I highly recommend buying from Livermore Honda/Automall. Very honest and helpful.
Bought it. Very pleased with the internet experience. Car was just as described and Alex Said was an excellent sales rep.
Although response were slow (days rather than hours) the dealership did keep in contact. Unfortunately we could not close the gap on price. I would consider trying to work with them again in the future.
