Was ready to come down and purchase a vehicle that I’ve had my eye on. But it was a long drive, so I asked one of the CSR if they could send me a couple detailed photo of a previously damaged area on the vehicle. They sent general photos right over. I then asked if they could send the detailed photos and they replied when they get a chance. We called them late sat evening to make sure they have the car we want before we went to them as we live very far. The dealer mentioned they had 3 cars at the same price and we were ok with the price. Next morning, we went to the dealership and they mentioned 2 out of 3 cars were already sold last night ( after the dealership was closed ???) After 20 mins of waiting, they found the keys to the 3rd car which we test drove. Drove an hour to look at a used, but nearly new, vehicle. After fumbling around looking for the keys for 15 minutes, the car was finally located at another dealership nearby (it turns out ALL the dealerships along this strip are owned by the same entity). The salesperson was polite and we were both allowed to test drive the vehicle. I had decent service until I was asked how I was paying? When I said cash. My salesman responded with do you have a 800 or above credit score? My respond was yes. Then he asked me do you have over 700 credit score? At that point he explain that sometimes customer write check and need to have credit check to see if they are credit worthy. I told him he could call my bank to verify funds. I at that point I felt disrespected and went to another honda store. Pretty bad experience. They couldn’t track down the vehicle when we came went to go see it and when they did they sent us to ford whom didn’t even know we were coming and we never saw the vehicle. Also no one ever followed up with us. Horrible service

I contacted the dealer, the sales representative reply, made a 2 hour drive to look at, drove it back, love the white rhino.
