Worst experience ever. Was talking to a sales person while on my way to go check out this car I asked if it was still there and when I got there it was all of a sudden “sold”. Drove 2 hours to go buy it and they ran my credit 7 times. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Twice within 3 days we drove to Livermore Honda to see a car they confirmed was available, but it was not. Amazingly, both cars were sold "at 9 p.m. last night." We have deduced they continue to post low-priced, popular vehicles to get customers in, then it's bait-and-switch. I'm telling all my friends to avoid Livermore Honda.
