Excellent experience
The gentleman I dealt with Jim Bautista was AWESOME. I would have rated it a 5. However, the gentleman who I finalized the paperwork with was not as cordial when I chose not to get the extended warranty from the dealership. I explained I got a better offer from a reputable company and he decided to scold me as if I was a young adult as opposed to a 50+ year old customer. Jim is why it's a 4 and not lower.
The salesman returned all my calls, kept me informed of the car's status. Though I didn't purchase this vehicle, I will definitely return.
