Overall fantastic experience. I contacted them and said I was on my way and would be there in 30 minutes, they had the car ready for the test drive when I got there. Everyone was nice and helpful and gave me time to think before making a decision. There was no pressure.
They were clear communicators willing to give me a straight-forward all-in price.
After a terrible first visit, they eventually sold me the vehicle I needed, and met the rest of my requirements for our transaction.
They were great. David Valle was very helpful. Best part is I came home with a new car. Thank you!
I visited livermore Honda last Friday. I am kind of disappointed for the visit. The price offered from the dealer is $1,000 higher than the number showed on Car Guru. The sales person said Livermore Honda would not match the price showed on Car Guru. Moreover, nobody on site could tell me why the price is different from that showed on Car Guru. I wasted 3.5 hours for this visit. Don't trust the number showed on the Car Guru. I will call sales person next time to confirm price first.
