About what I would expect for a Dealer, Had to drive 4 hours in traffic to get there so I asked for some "Can you look at for me" info on the car, which was less than accurate. When we got there the person we worked with was friendly, but it felt like the financing person had another agenda. We were not offered a service contract, I did not want one, but it was odd one was not offered.

There was an electrical problem with this car and the dealer refused to budge on price, repair the problem, or address the problem in any way. We will never go back to this automall despite also being in the market for the new Audi.
Steve the internet manager replied to my email within 30 minutes. I got the car I was enquiring about for a great price and by far the cleanest from nside to outside.
