Great but i decided to think long term on a car i actually want which is a BMW but probably a brand new car in the future.
Carsten is a very professional and friendly guy. He followed up on all my emails, phone calls and answered all my questions. He took the time to test drive with me and pointed out all the features of the car. He is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Carsten. I had not dealt with other Sales person.

It was a great experience but too bad they sold the car
made appointment for following Monday. Arrived at appointed time to be told rep did not work on Mondays.
I only wanted to be contacted via email. The did contact me, several times. This dealer is ok.
