Very bad experience. This place has had my fiances car since 11-15-19 and it is running worse then it was before we dropped it off. Jeremy Thomas is UNBELIEVABLE. Jake pool tries to take up for his “employees” Maegan’s car is still there with them but ‘they dont know what’s wrong with it, just misfires’ What kind of service department is this?? Btw they also blocked her from writing more reviews on this page.
RecommendedI had a very good experience buying my 2019 xt4 Cadillac! Brady helped me, and worked to meet my needs I feel like I got a good deal on my car and they made sure to give me what I was wanting for my trade. I would recommend her to anybody!

Make sure you check your bill and your multi point inspections for accuracy. Our bill had $130 in misc. charges, and our multiple multi point inspection showed "Green" on our tires despite the obvious wire showing on our front tires if that gives you any example of how closely the service department is paying attention. Had this been my wife bringing our vehicle in she would have been taken advantage of. Not what you would expect from a "Certified" dealer.
We had purchased from Lively in the past, but, this was our first time to buy from Orr. It was a great experience. Thank you Ariana, Brandy, and John Ray for helping my birthday girl get just what she wanted!
They were very friendly and made sure we found what we were looking for. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new vehicle.
Bruce and John Ray did a phenomenal job for me, not to mention all the other team members who did their part! I will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
