We had the most amazing experience with Kaylee! She went above and beyond to help us. I can honestly say this was the easiest experience we have had... especially to not ever step foot out of Louisiana. Chuck handled the finances- even switched when my husband decided on another color truck. Mrs. Lisa drove the car to us the same day. Kaylee had all our paperwork ready, onstar set and ready! Thank you all for helping making this the best experience and one happy husband.
I’ll start off by saying this, as far as the people who were involved in selling me the truck I had a great experience but everything that has followed has been nothing but a nightmare. So the truck I bought check engine light came on the first week I had it, so I took it in they said they “fixed” it and so I picked it up.
