Everything. Customer service is awful. My 91-year-old Momma has been treated like a person nongrata. Three weeks and her Cadillac is still not fixed. Any communications we have received have been initiated by us. The service department tells you nothing and has absolutely no compassion for the elderly. This has has been the worst car service experience ever! Buyer look out!
