Beau Vaughn was amazing! He was very nice and we were giving great service while here!!
The only problem I had at Lively today was in the body shop. I had scheduled a 10am appt. for an Oil change ONLY. I thought it was going to take 30-45 minutes at the max, however it took them nearly 3 hours just to change my oil. That's ridiculous! Not only that, I'm very upset at the fact that other customers that got there after me were getting their service done faster. I felt like I was getting skipped. This totally disappointed me! Smh.
We have purchased a few vehicles over the years from Lively Cadillac and have ALWAYS had a pleasant and the most professional experience with the BODY SHOP when we have had a few fender benders!!! They are always honest and go above and beyond any other body shop I have ever used. These guys Rich, Travis and the others put their whole heart into this body shop and makes it have that " small town " personal feeling from a dealership this size. From the moment I purchased my 2009 GMC Sierra from Lively, I have been nothing but extremely satisfied with the customer service! Travis Luck and the boys in the body shop have done amazing work when my pickup needed repairs. They are always in quick communication with me and get me back in my vehicle in no time! My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and rely on them for any service/body work needed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody that is need of a new vehicle or repairs!
Took my Charger RT into the body shop twice for people backing into me.... Parked car. Body shop did a FABULOUS job!! Thank you, Travis and Rich! Will use y'all anytime! Wonderful customer service!!!! I will recommend y'all to everyone I know!!!
