I am really dissatisfied with Orr service... No proper information is provided and the attitude of workers are not at all supportive..... This was my worst visit experience. I am regular customer bt your service really was a dissapointment.
This is the second time I have used Lively since moving from Dallas and I will never use them again! The service department is slow at best. Both times I have called to set up appointments I'm told to come in the next day because they are slammed that day and have time tomorrow. Then when you call to see if you car is done with routine services you get the same excuse, "we are slammed and couldn't get to it". Why do you tell me to come in the next day if you know you don't have time? I just don't understand.
