I highly recommend ORRs service department. My AC went out. We called and they got me in that day and had my suburban fixed the next day! When I got back in I noticed that they had cleaned it for me too! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Since Covid-19 is going on they were all taking special precautions to make sure social distancing was taking place and they wore gloves. Thank you ORR for taking such good care of my vehicle and me!
GREAT experience all around. Colby took great care of me the whole time. As an Out of State customer I was not able to find any dealership that would deliver the vehicle without going through a private company. He made the whole process of getting a car not even a process it was that easy. I definitely would recommend Orr Cadillac GMC over any other dealership if your trying to purchase a vehicle. This was by far the best things ever! This girl and the Orr family work there Butts off for both Ryan and I on these to beautiful vehicles, they stay with me from 1:30 yesterday until almost 9 clock making these deal happen for us. My experience with the sales person was phenomenal. Easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable and not pressured in anyway. They offered very nice hospitality with snacks and water. terrible experience, salesman seemed great until it came time to value trades and then it's like a switch flipped , they completely low balled me on my trade and there was no negotiation , claimed there was no market for that type of car here ....funny I was able to go down the road to another dealer and got offered 4500 more for my trade right off the bat...everyone tried to warn us this dealership was bad but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and won't ever be back STAY AWAY
