Littleover Building Services have just completed a garage conversion for me. The communication has been great, with nothing too much trouble. I am really pleased with the outcome, all the various trades came when they said they would, worked really hard and left the site clean and tidy. The standard of work is excellent.
My daughter had LBS carry out a rear extension and first floor bathroom refurb in the centre of Derby. She was impressed with all the men on site but especially Mark and David who looked after the project remotely. Mark was always on hand to answer anything she needed to know and David's professionalism and detail was a credit to the company.
It has been a total professional stress free experience from start to finish with this excellent company. We had a garage conversion into a bedroom and wet room and our drive paved and it looks perfect. Can not recommend this company enough. We are definitely having them back to do future work. They put faith back into builders after them having to step in and make good bad work done by previous builders. Thanks so much Steve and all your guys.
First class job building my house extension with complex groundwork, new patio and landscaped small garden. Professional and friendly and they overcame all problems with practical and timely solutions.
