Man, my dentist was awesome! She was very adept at providing the most information without overwhelming the patient. She knew how to put the patient at ease and was very professional during the entire process. Not only will I be back, but I will let everyone I know the wonderful experience I had here. Keep this dentist. If she goes, I go! hahaha.
Everyone was so patient and positive with my daughter, who has always had anxiety about the dentist. This was her first successful visit where she cooperated and let them clean her teeth, and they couldn't have been more encouraging and wonderful with her! She left wanting to go to the dentist "every single day!" Thank you so much for a great experience!
Terrific first-time dental appointment. A week later, my 3 year old son is still asking to go back to the dentist. Great facility, friendly staff and top notch service.
My 11 and 12 year old were a little worried about switching to a new dentist. The old dentist moved to a location that made the trip to far. The location is brand new and very nice. The kids (rarely comment about anything) were very impressed with the TV and the ipad games available in the wait area. The staff was very nice and both the assistants and the dentist were very cordial and informative. As we left, my daugther commented "that place is really cool". That is all I need to hear.
My child had severe fear of getting her teeth cleaned, and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful with her! She explained everything, had her touch the dental tools, and was very patient until my child was ready.

Before seeing Dr. Costa I was debilitatingly afraid of going to the dentist. His staff recognized my fear, were sympathetic and even rescheduled an appointment to help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Costa was kind and comforting, and I left with a cavity filled and feeling great. The process was quick and painless with no lingering numbing. Dr. Costa offers a unique and special practice. I am so grateful that he chose Ashburn as his home.
