I went to Dr. Costa for internal bleaching of my front tooth that had turned dark due to a root canal. Dr. Costa was punctual, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Loudoun County area looking for a dentist.
My daughter needed immediate attention for a dental issue. Dr. Costa and his staff were so polite and accomodating while we were there. My daughter even said that she preferred this "new" dentist over her previous one. Dr. Costa called that evening to follow up on how my daughter was feeling.
We received excellent care. The receptionists when we arrived were so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Costs is extremely knowledgeable and professional! The office is immaculate and quite comfortable. I was able to watch a movie for 45 minutes while my son had his dental treatment. And the movie was not a Kids Disney movie!!!! THanks to Dr. Costa and his staff.

Dr. Browning is awesome. She performs fabulous work and is very personable. My experience with her work (i.e., crown replacement, cosmetic chipped tooth repair, teeth cleaning) has always been top notch. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends.
It was very hard for us to switch dentist. We only switched because our former dentist was too far. My children have both had wonderful experiences at Little Smiles. Little smiles has made the transition to a new dentist very easy. Thank you!
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My kids loved the ability to watch TV while being worked on!
