Everybody in the practice was both, cordial and professional, from Juli welcoming me at the front desk, to Denise explaining the difference in my insurance coverage for two treatment options, to Dr. Costa skillfully and painlessly completing the work. My girls liked it there. I liked how quickly in and out we were which is the most important thing for me. I didn't have to wait a long time before my kids were in the chair. The girls said that the only thing they wished is if they had more flavors for them to choose from when they get their teeth cleaned and the fluoride, if there is such a thing. That is the one thing they likes from their other dentist. But overall a great visit and very convenient for us!

Everyone was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Erica was great. I hurt her feelings accidently when I was left biting the panoramic xray machine twice but I was pretty uncomfortable. Sorry Erica. You are awesome. My exam and cleaning were the most thorough I have ever gotten. Dr Costa even did a oral cancer exam. Cavitron rules! No soreness at all and super clean teeth.

We had a fantastic experience at Dr. Costa's & Little Smiles! The office was super clean, calm, organized and the staff was ridiculously nice. My kids loved the iPads in the waiting room and the fun conversations with the hygienist and Dr. Costa. The prize bin was cute and the take-home goodies were perfect (love the timer!). Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience for both of my kids! (and me!)

I am extremely impressed by Dr. Costa and his wonderful staff. His facility is state of the art and his staff is professional and friendly. I would gladly recommend him to all my friends and coworkers. 5 stars!!!

Positives : - Accomodated me inspite of me being late to the office - Clean and cotemporary ambeince. They have ipad for kids. - Erica(Hygenist) did a great job with cleaning. Very patient and thorough. - Dr Costa was meticulous in the initial examination. - They are not pushy on selling invisalign or other unnecessary treatments. - Good follow-ups of appointments via email and texts. - Good dentistry practice(Both the dentist and hygenist). Loved the experience at Little Smiles! The staff was excellent at interacting with kids, starting at the front desk and all the way throughout the treatment.... The doctor even sang to my daughter while fixing a cavity. :) Normally I feel somewhat worried about dentist visits, especially going there with two kids, but at Little Smiles I felt my only role there was the decision-making role.
