Excellent staff very professional!!
The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. They explained everything that was being done and my daughter had no fears or issues. Dr. Sinada took the time to explain proper flossing techniques and discussed preventative measures to keep my daughter's teeth healthy.
My daughter had her very first dental cleaning here, and she absolutely loved it. She actually asks to go back everyday to get her teeth cleaned again by the wonderful staff!
Dr. Sinada and her hygienist were very welcoming to my 6 year old son and made him feel at ease. The office staff was polite & professional, making the entire process of making an appointment, filling out forms & seeing the doctor quick and painless. My son really loved the games in the waiting room, and they show a Disney movie for kids while waiting.
My daughter is 3 1/2 and has been scared of the dentist ever since we started taking her at age 2. Unfortunately, we learned that this hasn't changed, but the staff at Little Smiles was very patient and understanding of her anxiety. She loved the waiting area and the prize box, but she got very nervous once we went back to the cleaning area. For future visits, I think the overhead TV would be a great distraction. We didn't use it this time but I think (hope) it would help.
My son had two teeth removed, he was really nervous before hand. But he said it was super easy! Thank you!
Very professional, the facilities are modern and your greeted with a smile by everyone there. Brambleton finally has a go to dentist and I highly recommend.
