Dr. Derek & Kelly(his assistant) were great! Office staff are always friendly. They made sure to explain things in kid friendly terms and keep our Jimmy comfortable during the entire procedure(he had two teeth pulled). I was able to stay back in the room with Jimmy. He was completely chilled out the entire time watching Ninjago on the screen above him. Dr. Derek even called us last night to check in to see how Jimmy was doing. Fantastic service and staff. Dr Derrick was the perfect combo of laid back child friendly and let's get this done.
I was very pleased with the overall customer service from the time I walked in the door. The dentist was very thorough and did a great job in laying out my options. My only regret is that I went to another dentist office first, I should have come to Costa family dentistry first!!!
