We have been using the Little Haven Hotel for a few years now for our weekly business networking meetings and the we could not be happier. The location is beautiful, and the staff are very helpful and accomodating for our member's needs. The hotel is always busy and seems to attract regular people to use the bar and restaurant, which is always a good sign. The Little Haven is a great venue and I would highly recommend it for both business and recreation.
We have stayed at littlehaven many times and will be back ,rooms are great and clean,staff all friendly and breakfast delicious ,I would love to have given service 5 stars but the system of having to order lunches for the lounge/bar is very haphazard and there are no notices up telling you this so you wait at the bar before being told and I think maybe because of this you have to wait too long for your order,a new system is needed to put this right.

Decided to have a drive to the Hotel for a spot of lunch ... I wished I hadn't! Not visited the Hotel for several months and goodness how standards have dropped. Ordered a wrap and a cup of tea. How disappointing the meal looked totally unappetising, salad "brown and wilted" wrap was only half full of "filling" and tasteless. Not the standards of the Little Haven that I know and loved. Unfortunately I will drive past next time I want a spot of lunch.
