I purchase new vehicles at a specific dealership (Lithia) for two, in my view and my experience, important reasons - the quality of the product, including knowledgeable sales professionals like Matt and Walt (GMC, is my preference) and the quality of the service team comprised of reception (esp. Vickie and Shana) , parts (esp.Jeanie ) and all the maintenance (esp. Joe) and service folks. A total team focused effort for professional and caring customer service.
