I scheduled service for my vehicle with Jeremy Tou, a service adviser. Jeremy took a potentially bad customer experience and made the best of the situation. His honesty and integrity with handling a miss diagnoses of my vehicles problem is appreciated and will be remembered next time I need service work done on my vehicle.
I went in to trade my car in I only had for 3 months the salesman told my car booked for almost 8000 when I bought after waiting several hours the new salesman I spoke with that was helping me with the trade in offered me 1500 and wasn’t very helpful
Jessica Alexander is amazing!! She really cares and made us feel like family. She works with you and makes sure your getting what you want. She doesn't pressure you or anything! She truly is amazing!! The Wilson's appreciate you Jessica and we love you to death �� GMC is lucky to have you on their team! You definitely deserve a raise!!
The brakes failed on my 2005 Silverado. I drove it in with no appointment ( was in town already).....They got me and fixed that same day. Couldnt ask for better service. Thankyou everyone at Fairbanks Chevrolet !!!!!
