3rd time I've bought a new vehicle from Lithia in the last year and half and loved every minute of it. Love the sales staff all three times. Harley and Dustin were awesome to work with this time and Justin in finance made it quick and painless.
Super easy buying experience. The salesman wasn't pushy and got my payments to exactly where I wanted them. This was a million times better than my last car buying experience!
Love my new Terrain, and so far, the service has been excellent. Brought my vehicle in for scheduled warranty oil change..they were on time, no problems. Then few days later, my vehicle informed me of low tire pressure-never would have known this on my old car until it had a flat tire! Brought it into the shop promptly(have nitrogen in the tires..)on a Friday, at 4:30..turns out I had got a nail in the tire,and they fixed the flat right away.
