The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Precision made is Precision crap. You pay over $45k for a pickup that continually falls apart. I have a Ford more miles no problems, great customer service at Ford. Please stop buying from GMC until they can stand behind what they sell.
Walked in just looking at used vehicles. Long 3 hour story short I will never go back to the salesperson I had. First he had us looking at a 30,000 dollar new truck and my price range was way less. But he convinced my man that it was our only option. Then he had him sign a paper saying we would take the truck if he qualified. We didn't even agree we wanted it because it's not what we wanted at all. I have never left a review but after this experience I feel I need to. My wife went here wanting to buy a vehicle for X amount and her trade in to be paid off. After he spent two hours haggling her and offering her 5,000 trade-in on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and explaining to her that its a good trade in price because it will take her 4 months to sell it private and the money she would lose in equity in 4 months...
