You do nothing but steal peoples money and waste there time. We payed for unlimtied oil changes in our warrenty and we brought my car in when it said it needed one then you said we werent covered until we used a thousand more miles. We leave call you back 3 weeks later you say yes we are covered. So we made an appointment for a week later and then again you say the same shit you did the first time. My husband and I have bought several new vehicles from Chevrolet Buick GMC of Fairbanks over the past many years. We have always had wonderful Sales People working with us. The Service Department has always gone out of their way to help us with whatever circumstance that was brought to them. They even provided us with an option to replace our wheel with a new one, or provide a cash compensation for a ding made on one of the wheels while they were putting on our winter tires! I love our trucks what I don't love is the disposal of our NC tags, tag and title tossed them and after I asked them to fax NCDMV proving we no longer owned our vehicles here I am a year later getting a collection notice from NcDMV. This dealership is now costing me $120 plus dings on credit because they didn't follow through with what they stated they would
