If I could give the service department for this dealership no stars, I would. They have had our family (and ONLY!) vehicle for over 2 months now to replace the engine. They have given us excuse after excuse for why the repair is delayed, and even though the delay has been on them, they have not given us a rental or anything. We're paying insurance and monthly payments on a car that we do not have. TERRIBLE service
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I have learned from my past experiences that customer service is just as important as the product. Before I purchase a new vehicle I always check out the service department and see how they treat their existing customers and their turnaround time for getting vehicles back to their customers.
