My wife and I both own a Lexus (Sedan and SUV). This week I took my car to the Lexus dealer in Eugene for service. After inspection of the car, I was told I needed breaks (red line, 1 - 2) but Lexus did not have time to replace. Returning home (Shady Cove) I made an appointment with Lithia Toyota. After their inspection, I was told that my breaks were fine (6 - 7). I thought I could trust the Lexus dealer, but not any longer. Toyota will be my trusted dealership from now on. (Thank you John.)
