I was traveling from out of town and needed an oil change. My Rav had developed an odd "rattle". They addressed the problem promptly and was able to do the needed repair and service. While my car was being worked on I was "Thankful" Lithia Toyota had a shuttle car available that took me to and from the motel I was staying at. Jared Baugh was great and so helpful.
