Service is awful when trying to purchase a brand new vehicle. Felt pressured and when I opted out was treated poorly. Grantspass Toyota best service ever! Sadly I called to schedule a service on my other vehicle for this sat. Called earlier during week to schedule the appt, which was for 1:30pm when I arrived my name was not found. Service guys we’re unapologetic, didn’t seem to care. Never ever will I return.
