I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lithia Toyota in Medford so far, and each time it's been a pleasure to deal with them. I had requested to have everything ready for me by the time I come in, so it's taken only minimal time for me to complete the purchase. I would not want to ever get a vehicle from anywhere else. By the way, I have a 2019 4Runner and LOVE it!
Had a great initial experience with Thomas in the Service department however, car was returned with black grease on door handle, interior panel, steering wheel and ignition key! I was beyond livid! Obviously, the lazy, incompetent, dullard 'Technicians' have never heard of 5cent nitrile gloves or more probably, just don't give a f**K about YOUR hard-earned vehicle - Service 'Manager' take note!!! I will avoid this place like the plague and suggest you do likewise!
Lithia Toyota of Medford it's one of the few good dealerships around. The sales department is amazing and the service department goes above and beyond! Highly recommend
The staff at Toyota is very knowledgeable and they do their best to accommodate any additions i may have when i come in for service. They keep you informed of any delays that may happen.

They are focused on the customer and bend over backwards to please us. We're lucky to have them in the Rogue Valley. Their service dept. is efficient and friendly. Their sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy. Five stars.
