They are professionals, know their products inside & out and are very helpful answering questions. Thomas was friendly and there is never any pressure to purchase add-ons or other services. He was great!!
First off over priced cars for such a large company (Lithia). The service department is the worst when I buy a 45k car I want it treated right not like a wrecking yard car!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LITHIA BOUGHT OUR TOYOTA 4RUNNER FROM ELSEWHERE.... I've bought a lot of cars in my life in the Valley and I was born here Lithia WAS awesome but not worth my time!!!!
