We drove an hour and a half to see the Cadillac XT5 we had the title for our trade. We were ready to deal our salesman while polite seemed to be entirely unmotivated. He didn’t even ask for a copy of my drivers license before we drove the car. He didn’t know his inventory after our car was appraised, he said well you didn’t get what you thought it was worth. In the initial contact with the dealership, they, when advised that I would bring my own financing stated that they would not accept a check from Navy Federal Credit Union nor would they accept a wire transfer. We worked out a way to get around this slight and made an appointment on 05/13/25 to see the Atlas at 11:30 AM on 05/14/25. When we arrived at the dealership we were advised that the manager had the Atlas, was supposed to be in by 11:00 AM but was not there and they did not know where he was. Dealership forces you to purchase low jack on car. They also don’t return calls if you have questions after you purchase a vehicle. Finance said they would email me a document and it’s been two days. No document nor return call. Poor customer service after purchase.
They have very low priced velichles and I drove a Chrysler 300 with only 24,000 miles and it was hard of shifting and major issues
Highly recommend the dealer. David V (sales associate) was friendly and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond and made our purchasing experience a great one. Great communication and great customer service on his part. Ryan, the finance manager, was also very nice, friendly and great to work with.
