We had 2 appointments to see truck, both broken by dealer.. Received differing stories, but in spite of 3 visits, never did see truck. I don't like being lied to.

Showed up to find a low to no pressure sales guy named brian Hitchcock. He was very knowledgeable and showed us through the new 19 jeep grand Cherokee. We were ready to look at another dealer when he offered us to take it for a drive out to lunch. My fiance and I came back ready to purchase. Brian explained all the warranties and made the buying process less painful. After a few negotiations we left the dealer very satisfied and feeling like we got the best price available. Sent them all my information had financing already I had an appointment set up for following Monday and they sold the car Sunday night to someone else..
