I own it now. Joseph was Phenomenal. Whole experience was great.
The sales person that called me was extremely friendly and informative.. I informed him that the vehicle that they were advertising as having 25,900 miles; actually showed over 27,000 miles on the odometer in their pictures of the vehicle. It remains uncorrected several days later on the ads. That causes me some concern. That being said, the agency's sales follow up by both phone and email was impressive and without pressure. It makes me lean towards keeping them in consideration,

Staff was friendly and had an overall good experience. Only negative thing I can say is that I was lead to believe my trade in was worth more over the phone then it was when I drove the hour and a half to get there. Needless to say because of that I couldn't get the car and wasted the trip.
