I have had great service. They kept me informed of my car and when parts arrived. Had a great shuttle service. That was able to take me back to work and pick me up from my hotel.
Bought a f350 six months ago and has had a starting issue every since figured since I had just bought it the power train warranty would at least get it fixed but nope they want money and suggested I take it to ford an pay for a diagnostic ! Pretty much said sorry your on your own ! Never do business with them again
We went to them to purchase a used car to get my son to college. Sold us a total lemon. I had to put $1500 into a major repair before he left. He's driven it less than 3k miles and now we are being told to replace the engine, wheel bearings are shot, and they only put 2 new tires on a 4 wheel drive. The price they list is just their starting price because when you go in to sign the papers they tack on a bunch of fees. My fault for trusting them. Wow! What a juxtaposition of reviews! We just bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger from David this past weekend. We love the car! Of course we don't even have 200 miles on it yet and we have yet to use their service department. Tyler in F&I was efficient and got us on our way with only a little more push on the extended warranties and all the other latent things that ALL dealerships push (and we don't buy).... Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience and would buy from them again!
Jason Hinman was very easy 2 talk with & very good at car sales
Have had my van since 2011--haven't had any major thing go wrong--take in every 3000 miles to get oil change--just had spark plugs changed--longer wait time during remodeling--also take our ford pickup to them too.
Daryl in the service department is so rude. Never buying another car from this place.
Wow! Mitch R helped us today and we had an absolutely amazing experience! He explained everything to us in detail, didn't put any pressure on us at all, let us look around and decide and take our time test driving the car my dad wanted! Once we decided to get the car Mitch knew we were kinda in a hurry and he got the paperwork done as fast as possible and had us on our way very satisfied in our new ride!!! Thank you so much!
