I purchased a new 2016 FIAT 500x from Lithia in Eugene. Had a small mechanical defect that was not covered by normal warranty. Lithia was awesome and made it right. I will buy my next car here for sure.

We have now purchased five vehicles from Jason Hinman. He does an outstanding job, gives you his personal attention to your needs, and through all our buying we consider him a friend! We will not deal with anyone else, total customer service when buying. Lithia's shop in Eugene is outstanding. We drive over an hour to have them work on our vehicles for recalls and always receive great customer service!

Jason Mosley if you haven't dealt with him you are missing out, always heard good about him and ever bit was true, kind friendly and funny. Gave time for us to talk and decide never pushed us for anything. Thank you again Jason Mosley. We will be back to deal with him again with the next new car.

Service second to none. My Sprinter-based motor home had given a brake wear warning 3000 miles from home. Jalen arranged for me to bring it in for an inspection, which indicated no imminent problem. My peace of mind was restored at no cost. Lithia and Jalen demonstrated a remarkable dedication to customer service and safety, for which I am both thankful and impressed.

We just walked around the lot for 20 minutes and no one offered to help us. We have heard a lot of bad things about Lithia dodge but I was expecting at least some kind of service. I guess they don't want to sell us anything.

Service writter Jeol will take in your vehicle, calim to have the work done, and not fix the problem. Also they people who move ars around when coming out of service feel its ok to park in between a handicapped space and a regular one so the customers have no where to park. The general manager also feels it beneath him to return customer calls. I guess they forgot its the customers spending money there wether by puchasing or servicing vehicles is how the dealship makes their money thus covering their pay checks. This is NOT ... read more

Buyer Beware!!! We purchased a 2013 Challenger from them and the salesman lied not once but 3 Times...they sold the vehicle certified pre owned and later I found out the vehicle was wrecked...they are refusing to Do anything for us, so please every one approach with caution!!
