Spent 8 hrs there because they said they couldn't get my payment where I wanted it then got halfway home and all the sudden I get a call that they finally got it down to where I wanted it to start with. Thanks for wasting mine and my families whole day..
I have been trying to call to get warranty info, and one guy in the service dept is horribly rude, and very unhelpful. I'm not asking for much. My car has less than 10,000 miles and he tried telling me it's not under warranty. Called k falls and they're great! Even gave me the warranty part number. Thank you Julie from k falls!! Edit: took my car in, and they claim they can't hear the horrible bearing noise, they filled it full of grease and royally screwed it up.
