We got our 2015 Chrysler 200 serviced yesterday and service was fine but the service technician left our back window on the driver's side down in the Rain!!!! I went back in and informed the representative of the situation and not one aplogy or anything but drive it to detail and see if they can extract some of it. No directions or anything. HELL NO! I bought 2 trucks from Lithia over 2 days...a used dodge ram for my son and a brand new 2019 ram 1500 limited for me and it was the best smoothest buying experience i've ever had. Also, even though it's my truck, my wife has done most of the driving of it so far and she says she LOVES it and she's never said that about any of my past trucks! Thanks guys.
i go in for an oil change and they do not try to sell me more services that I don't need.
