Charged us over $500 to replace a part that did not need to be replaced. If your vehicle is still driveable we recommend taking it to Smolich motors in Bend, much less likely to be ripped off.

Took my car in at 9 for some service, didn't get it back until 4 in the afternoon and with a whooping $1,200 bill for spark plugs and brakes.

RecommendedWe purchased a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Weeks after, the vehicle started to have some issues. We talked to lithia about it and they were so kind to fix our car at no cost. They provided transportation to and from work for a couple days. I recently went to get an oil change and they were so kind to check how our vehicle was doing.
