Charged us over $500 to replace a part that did not need to be replaced. If your vehicle is still driveable we recommend taking it to Smolich motors in Bend, much less likely to be ripped off.

I contacted Justin in sales when I was looking for a new Wrangler. My son is in the market and after another dealership sold the vehicle he was supposed to have a deal on from under him. I found a similar Wrangler at Lithia. I emailed Justin and he was super helpful! Unfortunately, the Wrangler was at the Portland Lithia and not Eugene. Took my car in at 9 for some service, didn't get it back until 4 in the afternoon and with a whooping $1,200 bill for spark plugs and brakes.
Tim and his staff are always great I the service department.

We purchased a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Weeks after, the vehicle started to have some issues. We talked to lithia about it and they were so kind to fix our car at no cost. They provided transportation to and from work for a couple days. I recently went to get an oil change and they were so kind to check how our vehicle was doing. My kids enjoy coming in for the coloring books and popcorn!!🤣Thank you guys for honoring your customer satisfaction!!
