I've always had prompt and efficient service. Service team have been polite and helpful. I feel its definitely worth the fees of the lifetime oil change. My first truck was a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. When I sold it it had 152000 miles and had the oil changed every 300 miles. Right now I have a 2013 and will have the oil changed every 3000 miles. Thank you, Alana
It's interesting how little things change. Buying a car from Lithia is easy, fast, hassle free, until the paperwork is all done. Until you're 200 feet off the lot and the check engine light comes on. Or until you get home and realize half the door locks don't work, the cruise control doesn't work and the "information center" constantly resets itself. You know, the little things. Low/No pressure sales. Good deal on a truck I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and HONEST. Did not try to up sell stuff I did not need - they took my "no thanks" and moved on. They even let me take the truck before my wife signed off as she was at work.
