Their “service” department leaves a lot to be desired. Made an appointment for our truck to be worked on yesterday. By the end of the day WE called to check in, oh...it hadn’t been touched (and no one was going to bother to tell us). They HOPED to get to it today, if not, then for sure on Monday. Um...it’s seriously going to take having an appointment for a week and having our truck for 5 days to pull it in and LOOK at things?!? No wonder they have people’s rigs for a month or more at a time! I would not recommend this place unless you work with someone who actually wants to sell you a car. Beware of Craig the salesman. Went to look at a car and had to work with this salesman who was the most impersonal person I’ve ever met. We asked him basic questions and he gave us extremely short answers. He didn’t offer to show us other vehicles, or ask us a single question during the whole experience. It felt like we were trying to convince HIM to sell us the car. Better customer service after you buy the vehicle! I felt like after the sale was completed, they basically forgot about you and didn't care about customer satisfaction anymore. Really disappointed with their post purchase customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
Prices too high. Took vehicle to another shop and price for repairs was 2/3 of the price. Also recommended a bunch of work that didn’t need to be done.
Was emailing a sales rep about a used car. He told me he could go down $500 on it (this is over a course of emails and time). Then he never got back to me. Another sales rep got back to me a few daya later. Told me the lowest he could go and it was higher than the first sales guy. Way above blue book. Then.....they price drop the car automatically on their website to lower than either told me the next day. The car has been on the lot 2 1/2 months. If you have time for games and BS....then the sales staff here is for you.
I have had such horrible customer service since Mike left or was fired from the customer service dept. I have had 3 appts in the last month that were never on the books. Now I sit here in the lobby 2 1/2 hrs to be told I have to wait another 2 1/2 hrs to wait because my appt for today was not on the books so they had to squeeze me in. Our sales person was friendly and not overbearing. He let us take our time and make decisions. At no time did I feel like was a sleazy salesman try to take our money.
