This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a car lot, I’m being sexually harassed by salesman, after the deal was done. I tried to talk to the manager Blake about this and he laughed, and said none of his employees would ever do that. Very unprofessional! I recently got a 2020 Dodge Charger from here and would not go back. The whole time I was treated like an inconvenience. Very poor customer service. I lived 4 hours away and they refused to deliver or meet me halfway because they weren’t getting a profit in the deal. The sales representative told me “if we had profit in the deal, I’d just eat it and get it done.” So I ended up driving 8 hours round trip after work to get the car and was treated poorly when I was there. simple radiator job. took 2 visits to get repaired correctly. still wasn't performed as expected from the dealer. I had to install a hose clamp that was missing, top off the coolant and steam clean the mess they left. I will continue to have them service my Jeep as they are the dealer but at least know I know what to expect. bummer that it is at that level.
RecommendedSeth at Lithia service , was extremely helpful in getting my daughter's car in quickly and ready for travel. This included checking and changing her brakes, a transmission flush, oil change. He was in communication with her through out the day and the car was ready the same day and the quality of the work was top notch. I bought an absolutely beautiful 2010 Suburban. final station is very nice and I feel like I thought it would be a good deal trading in my other closet. The only negative I would say is that the vehicle I purchased was not professionally detailed as I assumed it would be. If you buy one here I would suggest that you asked for it to be detailed if you want it clean.
