Went in for life time oil change. Told it would be 1.5 to 2 hrs. , it’s now been 3.5 hours and I’m still waiting. If I had been told the correct wait times I could have saved so of my day.
My son and daughter-in-law bought a used Jeep from them. They had an extended warranty. Still had to put about $2,000 in it because it ‘wasn’t covered’. Jeep started costing more for repairs. Traded it in for a brand new car at another dealer. Now they are finding out that when Lithia took the Jeep in trade one license plate was taken by former owner and registered on a Ram! They only had one license plate on the Jeep! This plate has two different vehicles registered to it! These guys are totally ripoffs! I would NEVER recom... read more

RecommendedI bought a used truck from these guys with an extended warranty. On the way home a sensor malfunctioned not covered by the warranty. Approximately an $800 job after buying a $40,000 truck. They fixed it at no cost to me. This is the second truck I have purchased from Lithia (previous truck from a different Lithia dealer) and I will always recommend them and look here for future vehicles. Although, I intend this to be the last truck I purchase. Their service & sales depts. have earned a customer for life!
