Selling a vehicle knowing it had major repair issues is NOT good business. The least Lithia could do is buy back the lemon at full price!! How can Lithia expect a customer to pay for a vehicle with serious issues that they aren't able to fix. BAD BUSINESS! Lithia can't be trusted to do the right thing.
I drove from Bend to Buy from Lithia !! They were $5000.00 cheaper than the Bend Oregon Jeep dealer , Daniel there worked very hard to find the Rubion that we were looking for . Tyler in the finance department made the financing portions super easy!!! A++++ Dealer
Unfortunately I had to give them at least 1 star which is way more than they deserve.7 days to get a oil change and on the 7th day they still haven't done it.All we got was lies from Tim Bohn when questioned about it..Don't waste your time or money at this dealership....Worst service Department in Oregon hands down !!!!
Just want to thank Justin for helping me get my Dodge Journey, he was very nice and non pressure which I really appreciated. And signing papers was the quick est I've ever experienced.

went to Lithia to purchase a Dodge Journey...in and out in 2 hours (this included the detailing before we took it home)...i got the car i wanted, for the payments i requested...a lower interested rate then i assumed....and, so much more! Jesse was amazing! Thank you Jesse
They did not honor an online price at all. After test driving, and getting to the paperwork, we were told that it was a mistake online, and that they can not honor that price.
I've only had oil changes and a couple recalls performed. But so far so great! They are fast, personable, and helpful.
