One of the poorest experiences We've ever had with a dealership. Drove 2 hours from Newport, stayed at Hilton over the weekend to specifically look at their trucks for two days. Our sales rep said that an option didn't exist and insisted I was mistaken. We proceeded to show him the Rambox option for the Megacab from the brochure they gave us. We bought a truck and less than 24hrs later the check engine light came on. A headlight went out. They charged us for a tune up. Light came back on the next day, and now its a leak in the gas line told to us by the gas attendant. Not happy at all.

I brought my Chrysler in 2012 nine months later the back wind shield caved in. I live in Minnesota and winter means below zero weather. VMy heat in my car went out and no Chrysler dealer ship could get me in sooner than 4 days. I called to see if they had a rental i could use at the dealership
I liked it all! My sales guy - Jesse, he was so nice, professional, and just a all around helpfull sales guy. The financial guy - Brad, he was awesome! he thought he could get me better interes rate, and he delivered! Both of you guys are so in the right business. I totally love my 2013 Jeep Compass and i am so referring people your way! Thanks for all you did, and staying with me till cleaning crews were they was also a perk. There are some plases that are good, but in Eugene - THEY ROCK!!!!!!!
