Got a fresh out of detail pickup serviced there for a recall and got it back covered with dirt and dust inside the cab. Filthy!
I had my van worked on there for some recall work and an oil change. When I scheduled they said they had the parts in Stock, but they didn't. That added a day to the service. Then they got the wrong part in which added another day. My 8 hour event turned into 3 days. Then, I got my car back with no washer fluid in it. The paperwork had it marked as checked and fine, which was clearly not true. Now all of their work is in question for me. I will not use their shop again. They clearly cut corners and don't do a thorough job.
My daughter and I went to the dealership after work yesterday, on a Saturday, to have my car serviced and I thought she was going to be super bored. Well all the guys who work there are incredibly nice and gave her a coloring book, crayons, paper and pens and when we were leaving she says "I like this place!" Shout out to the dealership for being kid friendly! :)
Purchased a New 2015 Chrysler 200 one year ago and I was guaranteed that this car would hold its value (Sales rep Kyle). Today, one year later, we have welcomed our nephew into our home and now we need a minivan. I went back to trade in the 200 and I was told that the trade in value was $8000.00 but because we have been such good customers (purchased 5 in the last 10 years and referred at least 20 others) they would give me ($10,500). Service department is rude and slow especially once your factory warranty is up! Beware they do a good job and cater to you until your warranty is up then good luck.
Didn't tell me about any material defects. Can't even drive the truck for more than a week at a time before I have to take it to a mechanic.
Dave, the salesman, wasn't like a salesman at all-- instead he helped me pick out a car to buy, and worked out the best price for us. Since, their svc department has been patient and persistant in finding out why NAV system was having a problem. I highly recommend Lithia CJD of Eugene.
!!!Please Read!!! My wife and I bought a 2001 Ram 1500 with 129,000 miles the evening of 3.18.16. BEAUTIFUL TRUCK! We were a touch impulsive because of how clean it was, and we only test drove it around their parking lot. It was dark, and about 8:20 in the evening.
