Very decent carpets and job well done five stars
Been buying carpet and cushion flooring from here for years. Not sure if its always been in the same hands but it's been the cheapest around I've found. Didn't get 5* because the fella seemed uninterested/arrogant to the point I nearly walked away. The only reason I didn't was the price.
I purchased a nice navy blue carpet and new underlay end of 2024. Two young men came to fit it in the bedroom and I wondered why they closed the door. Due to replastering and rewiring we’ve had to pull up the carpet and found why they closed the door whilst fitting it, the underlay was patched together like a jigsaw puzzle full of off cuts. The smallest strips were 3 inches wide and the amount of staples they used to keep them down I couldn’t count them. I paid for new underlay and the cowboys used 20 plus off cuts.
