Couldn’t ask for a better experience buying my first watch! My family have used Lister Horsefall for years & I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Gemma & Silas helped me from start to finish, thank you both so much again and I will absolutely be back. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

If I could I’d give a zero to these immoral and lying so called “retail jewellers” I would. I wasted 2 years on a non existent waiting list for a watch before realising I was wasting my time. Meanwhile a client of mine, a certain tradesman, who wasn’t even on a list and didn’t even particularly want the same watch was offered it. He was offered the watch by Horsfall because he squeezed them in for a job they wanted doing - a new automatic gate.
