Absolutely shocking service I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life..if your going to mock and laugh at someone you could at least try to hide the fact that your doing so..just because your doing it in a different language doesn’t mean that your immature and horrible behaviour will be overlooked..your lucky I was there with my baby and teenage daughter because if not I’d have laughed at ever single one of you and pointed out every single flaw in front of everyone in your shop. HORRIBLE PLACE. All the “Lisa Star” shops are just awful every single one have shocking staff and disgraceful service. At this point just shut them down Iv no clue how they are still in business. My nails hurt and are see through I actually hate them they look like a 98 year old women’s nails and I’m 16 ffs. The staff make it so obvious that they are talking about someone with the dirty looks and the literal laughing to the face, I just felt uncomfortable the whole time I just couldn’t even believe it. Happened to walk past so popped in. Waited an hour but you can see why.. this is Biab with chrome. I love that they’re not thick - the artist spent time to make them elegant - and the price was very very reasonable I’ll be coming back ☺️

Charged me £10 more than the set prices for plain nails. Very rough filing and cut me twice in the process. Very messy job.

Amazing customer service, great prices and I always leave happy with my nails, they also do a loyalty card to get money off after your sixth set of nails which is really sweet 🫶
