Absolutely horrendous last two times I’ve gone there this time is an absolute joke every single one of my nails are different lengths and still over charged me also these were done by one of the new managers absolutely appalling will be going back to the shop for answers tomorrow

Got my nails done today and it was nothing like the picture i showed her. She said the design would be okay and easy for her to do but it doesn’t even look like the picture. The nails looked untidy and messy because she rushed. It feels as though she prioritised other customers. When i politely asked to speak to her and asked why they don’t look like the image she said “when you get a haircut it doesn’t always look how you want it to look”. Really excellent service been going for many years for pedicure , manicure , gels , normal nail varnish , only downside is always busy
