Lunch was great. Service was good. I love the funky old Florida atmosphere. You feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere but yet you're only minutes from I-75.
My step son had his rehearsal dinner here and an old friend lived there. I always enjoyed the Linger.
True Florida! The quirky atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service -- a lovely experience--we lingered for 3 hours.
Everything is interesting. The Alligar biters were wonderful
I love that place it's a really good place celebrate anything you want.
Soft drink did not taste like it was filtered water. Gumbo was not as I remember last time. Service fair. Don't sit under the fans as they cool your meal fast.
Food was excellent. Decor was needing up dated, but interesting
I have been to this restaurant 3 times so far . Each time has been really great. I've had Jackie as my waitress and she has never steered me (or the people I'm with) wrong in her suggestions. I'm lucky to have had her each time. Hopefully you'll be lucky and have her too when you visit. I personally like the chicken fried chicken. It's a funky place that has interesting decor. It's fun to sit in the back by the nature. I'll be back! It's kind of tucked away, but it's worth it for the experience! :)
Jackie was our waitress and did outstanding job! Kept good conversation and suggested menu items. Catfish was cooked right, the chicken fried chicken was a decent portion size, & chicken wrap was good too. I also enjoyed the collard greens & wasabi mashed potatoes.
